ParkingBear provides self-help documents rather than legal advice. Using the site does not create a solicitor-client relationship.

No guarantee of cancellation

ParkingBear does not guarantee that any PCN will be cancelled. Outcomes depend on the facts, evidence, operator decisions and any appeal body decisions.

Purchases and refunds

The Bear Guarantee covers the purchase price of the generated letter if you are unhappy with it. It does not cover the PCN amount or any other losses.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for submitting appeals on time, checking details, keeping evidence and deciding how to respond to a notice.
