ParkingBear asks for parking notice information so it can generate your appeal letter. This page explains the intended use in plain English.
Information you provide
You may enter details such as airport, operator, PCN reference, vehicle registration, event date, issue date, location and registered keeper name.
How it is used
The information is used to generate your appeal letter and show it back to you. The current first version stores the generated letter temporarily in your browser between steps.
What you should avoid entering
Do not add unnecessary sensitive information. Do not identify the driver unless that is your deliberate strategy.
Payments and support
If payment or support tools are connected, they may process the information needed to complete payment, support and refund requests.
