How it works

How ParkingBear Works

ParkingBear turns a few notice details into a structured airport PCN appeal letter.

Parking Bear with a successful appeal

1. Choose your airport

Start with Manchester Airport, Heathrow Airport, or another airport if your notice is similar.

2. Answer a few simple questions

Add the basic notice details: operator, PCN reference, vehicle registration, event date, issue date and location if known.

3. Get your appeal letter

ParkingBear creates a registered keeper appeal letter using airport-specific byelaws and keeper liability wording.

4. Submit it to the operator

Copy the letter, check every detail, and send it through the operator's appeal portal.

5. Know what to do next

If the operator rejects your appeal, read the rejection carefully and check whether a second-stage appeal route is available.

Unhappy with your generated letter? You get your £5 back, with no fuss.
